Karmama Holistic Wellness and Purple Yoga have teamed up to bring a Chakra focused, 4 class retreat for mamas in the Central Island area! These classes are to help mamas begin to re-connect with their mind, body and soul by shinning light into their energy centres. Each class will focus on one to two Chakras starting with our crown and working to our root as we explore poses, meditations, and mantras to help bring awareness to those areas within our bodies! What to expect: ✨️Mindfulness check-ins to start the class and connect with one another ✨️Breathwork exploring different Pranayama techniques and practices ✨️Gentle Yoga Flow based around the Chakras we are focusing during each class ✨️Guided meditation to connect with our minds and bodies Come join us for a 90 minute “retreat” to turn off your mom brain, connect with other Mamas, and recharge your batteries while participating in intentional movement to balance your energy and leave feeling rejuvenated and refreshed. This class series will be held at the stunning @heart_centre_yurt in Qualicum Bay on Sunday Mornings from 9:45am-11:15am. Our class format will start with an introduction and group discussion/ check in, followed by guided meditation and breathwork, leading into a blissful hour of movement that will start with restorative positions that gradually increase in energy, leaving you feeling powered up and ready to take on the world! (Or just get back to the #momlife with a smile haha). Our fee is $80 for all four 90 minute sessions. Registration will be open until March 1, 2024.
